Unter dem Leitthema „Europa als Garant für Menschenrechte und Frieden“ kamen Mitglieder, Partner und internationale Gäste zusammen, um über aktuelle Entwicklungen zu diskutieren – insbesondere über die Lage politischer Gefangener, religiös Verfolgter sowie von Menschen, die wegen ihres Engagements gegen autoritäre Systeme verfolgt werden.
