September 2018 in der Agrar-Stadt Astramechava, in der Region Brest, abgehalten. Die Region wurde ausgewählt, da sie beispielhafte Erfolge innerhalb der sozialen Rechte (Arbeit und soziale Gerechtigkeit) sowie in sich zuspitzenden ökologischen Problemen aufzuweisen hat. Административное зверство Администрация Фрунзенского района столицы продолжает терроризировать восьмилетнюю малолетку Эльвиру. Девчушка – для нынешней власти опаснейшая гражданка Беларуси. Нет, она не ходит на митинги, не шествует с плакатами по улицам города, не распространяет листовки, оружие видела только по телевизору… Но белорусская власть считает ее террористкой — ярым политическим противником.
