Um Flüchtlingen aus der Ukraine, die in unserem Staat ankommen, die Navigation zu erleichtern, hat der nichtstaatliche Sektor ein Netzwerk www.ukraine-latvia.com geschaffen

Lettland. Hilfe für Flüchtlinge aus der Ukraine. Wo bewerben und wie bekommen?

To make it easier for refugees from Ukraine arriving in our state to navigate, the non-state sector has created a network www.ukraine-latvia.com, where information is collected on how Ukrainians who have arrived in Latvia can receive assistance. Information on the site is available not only in Latvian and English, but also in Russian and Ukrainian.

To receive assistance, residents of Ukraine who arrived in Latvia during hostilities in their country must register on the site. Here you can find information about arrival and stay, asylum and residence permits, accommodation, transportation, financial assistance, employment opportunities and subsistence.

Any resident of Latvia who is ready to provide any assistance to Ukraine and its residents can also register on the platform. To do this, you must fill out a questionnaire. Information on the site is regularly updated.

In addition, Industra Bank offers refugees from Ukraine to open an account and issue a Mastercard Debit payment card in an easy mode and without a commission fee. To open an account and receive a card, you need to personally come to one of the bank’s branches, taking a Ukrainian passport with you. You can pre-register for a visit to the bank by calling Industra Bank +371 67019393. But you can contact the bank without prior approval.
