EU Talent Pool experimental project

Have you escaped the war in Ukraine and are looking for work in the EU?

Through the EU Talent Pool experimental project, you can create your CV, present your qualifications to over 4,000 carefully proved and registered employers, members and partners of EURES, view vacancies and apply for jobs.

Millions of people fleeing Russian aggression against Ukraine have found refuge in the EU thanks to the Temporary Protection Directive.

If you use temporary protection or have the right to work while staying under other appropriate protection under national law in an EU Member State, the EU Talent Pool experimental project supported by EURES can help you find work.

For more information on temporary protection in the EU and related rights, click on the following link:

Information for people fleeing war in Ukraine

EURES  is a European cooperation network between the European Commission, the European Labour Office (ELA), public employment services and other members and partners in Europe.

EURES portal has more than 3 million vacancies and employers can search for candidates in the CV database. Around 1,000 EURES counsellors working in EURES member-organizations and partner organisations provide support before, during and after the recruitment process.

More information on the Pool can be found on this page.
