IGFM begrüßt die Freilassung des Journalisten Iwan Golunow Die Russische Sektion der IGFM begrüßt die Freilassung von Iwan Golunow. Es sei ein positives Zeichen, dass das Urteil der unabhängigen Experten-Kommission angenommen wurde. Kritisiert wurde jedoch die Vielzahl der Verurteilungen nach Paragraph 228 wegen Drogenbesitzes, der jede vierte Verurteilung in Russland betrifft.
