Europe&#8217;s largest nuclear power plant in the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia region in south-eastern Ukraine has recently came under fire again.<\/h2>\n<h2>In this war-torn region, there is a large influx of internally displaced persons and the need for humanitarian aid is enormous.<\/h2>\n<h2>ISHR would like to support the supply of life-saving medicines at a time when the medical and logistics infrastructures are under increasing pressure.<\/h2>\n<p>In total, our team on the ground plans to deliver enough supplies to help 7,500 patients (IDPs, disabled persons, children, elderly people, etc.) in this war-torn and remote area.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, primary health care centres and health facilities must be provided with medicines and other medical supplies.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>July 5, 2022<\/strong>, we were able to provide primary health care centre No. 9 in Zaporizhzhia with nine NCD (noncommunicable disease) kits containing medicines and medical equipment for the treatment of equipment &#8211; enough to treat almost 400 patients &#8211; to Ambulance Station No. 3 in Vilniansk (small town, situated about 50 km from the nuclear plant) and to the primary health care centre in
