Beide wurden am 6. April au\u00dferhalb des besetzten Gebietes inhaftiert.<\/p>\n<p>Im Moment sind die Gefangenen in Untersuchungshaft. Der &#8222;SBR&#8220; von Abchasien verlautbart, dass Achiko und Paata Rogava sich der gruppenm\u00e4\u00dfigen \u00dcberquerung der Verwaltungsgrenze schuldig gemacht h\u00e4tten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde gegen Paata Rogava ein Strafverfahren wegen Widerstand gegen die sogenannte Staatsgewalt er\u00f6ffnet. Vater und Sohn, Achiko und Paata Rogava, Bewohner des Dorfes Rica, in der Gemeinde Sugdidi, wurden von den sogenannten Grenzposten am linken Ufer des Enguri-Flusses in Haft genommen. Ihnen wird vorgeworfen, illegal die sogenannte Grenze \u00fcbertreten zu haben. Nach Angaben der Familie geschah dies am Abend des 6. April, als sie gemeinsam auf der Suche nach einem Haustier (Pferd) waren. Sie insistieren, dass die Inhaftierten die sogenannte Grenze nicht \u00fcbertreten haben.
