The project was implemented with the support of the ISHR German section, with funding from the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Im Rahmen des Projekts wurden Gerichtsverhandlungen in den Gerichten der allgemeinen Gerichtsbarkeit der Stadt Eriwan sowie der Regionen Schirak, Lori, Armavir, Ararat und Vayots Dzor sowie F\u00e4lle, die vor dem neu eingerichteten Anti-Korruptionsgericht verhandelt wurden, beobachtet. Im Rahmen des Projekts wurden mehr als 150 Gerichtsverhandlungen in Armenien beobachtet.<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Die Konferenz wurde von Vertretern der Justiz, internationalen und lokalen Menschenrechtsorganisationen besucht. Die Koordinatorin des Zentralasien- und Osteuropaprogramms der ISHR-Sektion Deutschland Carmen Krusch Gruen, der russische Vertreter der internationalen Organisation Vladimir Novitsky, Sose Barseghyan, Jurist der UNHCR-Vertretung Armeniens, Hayarpi Zargaryan, Richter der ersten Instanz von Eriwan, Isabella Iskandaryan, Leiterin der juristischen Fakult\u00e4t der Eurasia Universit\u00e4t, Ara Gharagyuzyan, Jurist der Helsinki-Vereinigung, Movses Aristakesyan, Vorsitzender des \u00f6ffentlichen Antikorruptionskomitees der RA, Medienvertreter und andere \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/dt><\/dl>\n\t\t\t<br style='clear: both' \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Der Bericht wurde im Voraus an alle G\u00e4ste verschickt und auch vor Ort zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Bela Shikaryan stellte das Programm, die Ergebnisse und weitere Aktionen in allgemeiner Form vor. Carmen Krusch Gr\u00fcn stellte die Aktivit\u00e4ten des internationalen ISHR-Netzwerks vor. Hayarpi Zargaryan, Richter am Gericht der allgemeinen Gerichtsbarkeit der Stadt Eriwan, betonte die Bedeutung des Projekts f\u00fcr die Justizverwaltung und merkte an, dass es von besonderem Interesse sei, die Beobachter w\u00e4hrend der Arbeitsbesprechung au\u00dferhalb des Gerichtssaals zu sehen. Projektkoordinator Sirak Yeghiazaryan stellte den Bericht vor und wies auf Probleme und \u00c4nderungsvorschl\u00e4ge hin.<\/p>\n<p>Die Projektbeobachter Kolya Mkrtchyan, Agapi Manukyan und Hovhannes Shakhkulyan stellten ihre Beobachtungen, Probleme und Empfehlungen in Form einer Pr\u00e4sentation vor.<br \/>\nAuf die Pr\u00e4sentation des Berichts folgte eine aktive und effektive Diskussion, in der Experten und G\u00e4ste Fragen und Anregungen an die Teilnehmer des Programms stellten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Diskussion war aktiv und produktiv. Unsere Spezialisten konnten die Website, die von den genannten Hackern &#8222;st\u00e4ndig&#8220; besch\u00e4digt wurde, mehrmals wiederherstellen.
