{"id":21188,"date":"2019-11-03T16:43:16","date_gmt":"2019-11-03T15:43:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/humanrights-online.org\/de\/?p=21188"},"modified":"2021-11-26T10:44:47","modified_gmt":"2021-11-26T09:44:47","slug":"warum-ist-die-sowjetskaja-strasse-in-brest-besser-als-die-eugen-doga-strasse-in-chisinau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/humanrights-online.org\/de\/warum-ist-die-sowjetskaja-strasse-in-brest-besser-als-die-eugen-doga-strasse-in-chisinau\/","title":{"rendered":"Warum ist die Sowjetskaja Stra\u00dfe in Brest besser als die Eugen-Doga-Stra\u00dfe in Chisinau\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>Warum ist die Sowjetskaja Stra\u00dfe in Brest besser als die Eugen-Doga-Stra\u00dfe in Chisinau\u2026 <\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In der Republik Moldau finden die B\u00fcrgermeister- und Gemeindeberaterwahlen statt.<\/p>\n<p>Dies sind die ersten Wahlen im Land, die nach dem Sturz des totalit\u00e4ren Regimes von Vladimir Plahotniuc und der von ihm geleitete DPM (Demokratische Partei der Republik Moldau) stattfinden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse der Herrschaft der sogenannten &#8222;pro-europ\u00e4ischen Koalition&#8220;, die vom Jahre 2009 bis Ende 2018 aus der Allianz der Liberalen Partei, der Liberaldemokratischen Partei und der Demokratischen Partei hervorgegangen ist, lauten wie folgt:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Republik Moldau im Ranking der b\u00fcrgerlichen Freiheiten \u2013 <strong>114<\/strong>. Platz aus 195 L\u00e4ndern<\/li>\n<li>Republik Moldau steht auf dem 91. Platz in der Weltrangliste f\u00fcr Pressefreiheit. \u2013 auf dem 10. Platz zum 2018<\/li>\n<li>Infolge der Bankmachenschaften wurden <strong>12%<\/strong> des BIP gestohlen<\/li>\n<li>Der <strong>78<\/strong>. Platz unter 113 L\u00e4nder der Welt in der Rangliste der Rechtsstaatlichkeit f\u00fcr die Jahren 2017\u20132018<\/li>\n<li>Im globalen Index der Korruptionswahrnehmung &#8211; Transparency International &#8211; f\u00fcr das Jahr 2018 nahm die Republik Moldau den <strong>117<\/strong>. Platz von 180<\/li>\n<li><strong>81%<\/strong> der Moldauer trauen dem Justizsystem nicht<\/li>\n<li><strong>73%<\/strong> der Bev\u00f6lkerung haben Angst, ihre Meinung zu \u00e4u\u00dfern oder sich an Aktionen zu beteiligen, die einen politischen Kontext haben<\/li>\n<li><strong>28%<\/strong> der Kinder leben unterhalb der Armutsgrenze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Und hier sind die Daten, in denen Moldawien unter den europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern \u201ef\u00fchrend\u201c ist:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In Moldawien kommen <strong>215<\/strong> Gefangene auf 100.000 Menschen. Das ist das f\u00fcnfte Ergebnis in Europa. Mehr haben nur Russland, Georgien, Aserbaidschan und Litauen.<\/li>\n<li>Der <strong>7<\/strong>. Platz in Europa f\u00fcr die Dauer der Freiheitsstrafe (19 Monate)<\/li>\n<li>Der <strong>5<\/strong>. Platz in Europa f\u00fcr die \u00dcberf\u00fcllung in Gef\u00e4ngnissen<\/li>\n<li>Die Republik Moldau ist ein Leader in der Bev\u00f6lkerungsreduzierung in Europa. Bis 2050 wird minus <strong>44%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Der <strong>1<\/strong>. Platz in Europa in Bezug auf die Sterblichkeit in Gef\u00e4ngnissen. <strong>55<\/strong> Todesf\u00e4lle pro zehntausend H\u00e4ftlinge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Man kann viel \u00fcber europ\u00e4ische Prinzipien und Werte sprechen, man kann tausende Fahnen an den Geb\u00e4uden staatlicher Institutionen h\u00e4ngen, man kann den Vertretern Europas endlos erz\u00e4hlen, wie gut es sich mit dem Schutz der Menschenrechte verh\u00e4lt und wie erfolgreich es mit der Hilfe europ\u00e4ischer Steuerzahler in allen Lebensbereichen gelingt, Reformen durchzuf\u00fchren . Auf Grund der obigen Zahlen k\u00f6nnen wir jedoch sicherstellen, dass die moldauischen Beh\u00f6rden die \u00fcbliche Manipulation und Verf\u00e4lschung der tats\u00e4chlichen Situation vorgenommen haben.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Jahr hatte ich das Gl\u00fcck, einige L\u00e4nder der \u00d6stlichen Partnerschaft zu besuchen, die sich in unterschiedlichen sozio\u00f6konomischen Stadien ihrer Entwicklung befinden \u2013 in einigen nahm die Regierung autorit\u00e4rere Formen an, in anderen sind demokratische Institutionen st\u00e4rker entwickelt. Ich werde mich jetzt nicht mit diesen Unterschieden befassen. Es war interessant f\u00fcr mich, die unterschiedlichen Einstellungen gegen\u00fcber den eigenen B\u00fcrgern nur anhand einer Stra\u00dfe zu vergleichen.<\/p>\n<p>In jeder Hauptstadt gibt es also eine Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerstra\u00dfe, die normalerweise das Gesicht der Stadt ist und die die gastfreundlichen Bewohner den Touristen zu bewundern raten. Im Jahr 2015 erschien eine \u00e4hnliche Stra\u00dfe in Chisinau. Entlang der gesamten Stra\u00dfe befinden sich Entw\u00e4sserungssch\u00e4chte. Entlang der gesamten L\u00e4nge der Stra\u00dfe sind bereits L\u00fccken an der Stelle zu beobachten, an der Regenwassersammelrohre verlegt werden.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass die Steine ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfig und auf der falschen Seite gestapelt sind, ist es unm\u00f6glich, auf hohen Abs\u00e4tzen auf der Stra\u00dfe zu laufen. Es ist auch problematisch, mit Kinderwagen zu gehen, da diese mit guten Sto\u00dfd\u00e4mpfern ausgestattet sein m\u00fcssen, um Vibrationen zu d\u00e4mpfen. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ist die Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerstra\u00dfe f\u00fcr Menschen mit Behinderungen ein echtes Hindernis &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Die Beh\u00f6rden von Chisinau benannten im Jahr 2013 die Stra\u00dfe im Zentrum von Chisinau zu Ehren des moldauischen Komponisten Eugen Doga. Im Jahr 2015 wurde die Stra\u00dfe mit Kleinpflastersteinen ausgepflastert und sie wurde eine Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerstra\u00dfe. Die Verbesserungsarbeiten haben dem hauptst\u00e4dtischen Budget 620 Tausend Euro gekostet.<\/p>\n<p>Der ber\u00fchmte Komponist Eugen Doga selbst sagt, dass er niemals die Stra\u00dfe der Hauptstadt, die seinen Namen tr\u00e4gt, entlanggelaufen ist und dass er nicht mag, wie sie aussieht. \u201eDiese Stra\u00dfe ist nicht f\u00fcr Fu\u00dfg\u00e4nger, sondern f\u00fcr Pferde. Wenn Sie in Abs\u00e4tze laufen, k\u00f6nnen Sie ohne Abs\u00e4tze und ohne Beine bleiben. Das Rathaus wechselt st\u00e4ndig die F\u00fchrung und es gibt niemanden, mit dem man sprechen kann. Um etwas Sch\u00f6nes zu machen, braucht man Geld. Es ist gut, dass sie diese Stra\u00dfe getan haben, w\u00e4hrend ich noch lebe, aber es muss noch abgeschlossen werden. Dort ist Kontrolle gefragt \u201c, meint Eugen Doga.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Vergleich kann man einige Lichtbilder sehen, die ich in diesem Sommer w\u00e4hrend meiner Reisen nach Aserbaidschan, Armenien, Tiflis und Wei\u00dfrussland gemacht habe. Leider hatte ich nur ein paar Stunden f\u00fcr jede der St\u00e4dte, die ich besuchen konnte, aber das war genug, um ihre Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerstra\u00dfen vergleichen zu k\u00f6nnen.
