Oktober 2018 fand das zweite Regionaltreffen in der Ukraine statt &#8211; in der Stadt Poltawa (Region Poltawa). Trotzdem versuchten Vertreter radikaler Gruppen, zu dem Treffen zu gelangen, es kam jedoch zu keinen Zwischenf\u00e4llen. Die Teilnehmer waren \u00e4u\u00dferst interessiert, einige hatten sogar ausf\u00fchrliche Berichte vorbereitet und bekundeten ihren Wunsch und ihre Bereitschaft, mit der IGFM zusammenzuarbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Probleme, die auf dem Treffen er\u00f6rtert wurden, waren: das Problem der fehlenden Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit der Gerichte in der Region, der Druck der \u00f6rtlichen Beh\u00f6rden auf das Justizsystem, der Druck der regionalen Beh\u00f6rden auf die Medien.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element in-legacy-container\" style=\"--awb-caption-title-font-family:var(--h2_typography-font-family);--awb-caption-title-font-weight:var(--h2_typography-font-weight);--awb-caption-title-font-style:var(--h2_typography-font-style);--awb-caption-title-size:var(--h2_typography-font-size);--awb-caption-title-transform:var(--h2_typography-text-transform);--awb-caption-title-line-height:var(--h2_typography-line-height);--awb-caption-title-letter-spacing:var(--h2_typography-letter-spacing);\"><span class=\" fusion-imageframe imageframe-none imageframe-4 hover-type-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"841\" height=\"960\" title=\"poltava_mopch_2\" src=\"https:\/\/humanrights-online.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/poltava_mopch_2.jpg\" alt class=\"img-responsive wp-image-15535\" srcset=\"https:\/\/humanrights-online.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/poltava_mopch_2-200x228.jpg 200w, https:\/\/humanrights-online.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/poltava_mopch_2-400x457.jpg 400w, https:\/\/humanrights-online.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/poltava_mopch_2-600x685.jpg 600w, https:\/\/humanrights-online.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/poltava_mopch_2-800x913.jpg 800w, https:\/\/humanrights-online.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/poltava_mopch_2.jpg 841w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1100px) 100vw, 841px\" \/><\/span><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>Mit der Meinungsfreiheit in unserem Land ist es schwierig, man traut sich nicht \u00fcber alle Probleme frei zu reden. Wenn auf dem ersten Treffen in Putywl die Frage der Meinungsfreiheit als Nebenproblem angesprochen wurde, so war dieses Problem f\u00fcr Poltawa als regionales Zentrum \u00e4u\u00dferst wichtig. Bei dem Treffen wurden Berichte \u00fcber die strafrechtliche Verfolgung von Journalisten und Rechtsanw\u00e4lten vorgelegt, was die Vorsicht der Anwohner weiter begr\u00fcndet.<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem Treffen wurde auch die Website humanrights-online.org pr\u00e4sentiert, die mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Ausw\u00e4rtigen Amtes f\u00fcr den Ausbau von Blog-Foren aus dem Themenfeld der Menschenrechte aufgebaut wurde. Die Anwesenheit einer solchen internationalen, unabh\u00e4ngigen und freien Website hat das Interesse der Anwesenden geweckt, die bei ihren Aktivit\u00e4ten wiederholt auf Zensur in den Medien gesto\u00dfen sind.
