From 1 to 30 June, Ukrainian citizens can travel for free only from and to cities on Poland’s eastern border, namely Che\u0142m, Dorohusk, Lublin, Grubiesz\u00f3w, Peremysl, Zag\u00f3rz, Jaros\u0142aw and Rzesz\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

Free travel for Ukrainians in the 2nd class of economy trains was introduced on February 26 this year. Since then more than 2.3 million citizens of Ukraine have used the service.<\/p>\n

From June 1, the number of cities in which the Ukrainians can travel by train for free has been limited in Poland. Boarding on trains – for free tickets received in advance at the ticket office, issued on presentation of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a travel document from Ukrzaliznytsia for a train to Poland or PESEL number notification together with any other identity document.<\/p>\n
