The assistance amounts to 110 euros per person and will be paid for three months. This is reported by visitukraine.today.<br \/>\nWho can receive the payment<br \/>\nFinancial assistance is available for people who meet the following criteria:<br \/>\nHave left Ukraine because of the conflict;<br \/>\nAre in Romania;<br \/>\nbelong to one of these categories:<br \/>\n&#8211; female-headed family: a life situation where the mother, grandmother, aunt or sister is the main decision-maker in the family at the moment;<br \/>\n&#8211; a family with two or more children under 18 years of age;<br \/>\n&#8211; a family member with a disability<br \/>\n&#8211; a family member over 60 years of age<br \/>\n&#8211; a family member is pregnant or breastfeeding<br \/>\n&#8211; a single woman without other adults;<br \/>\n&#8211; lack of access to free health care.<br \/>\nImportant: If you have already received financial support from another agency, you are not eligible for this assistance from the Red Cross.<br \/>\nOne person can apply on behalf of a family. Each person can only be registered in the system once. When applying you need to:<br \/>\ngather documents and documents of family members for the application;<br \/>\nDownload communication and messaging applications (it is recommended to have at least two channels of communication with you &#8211; Whatsapp, Viber, SMS message, e-mail);<br \/>\nHave access to a smartphone.<br \/>\nDocuments for application:<br \/>\npassport of a citizen of Ukraine;<br \/>\nID card of a citizen of Ukraine;<br \/>\nInternal passport of a citizen of Ukraine;<br \/>\nforeigner&#8217;s passport with a residence permit;<br \/>\nBirth certificate (for children and teenagers).<br \/>\nDocuments for children are submitted separately in the same way as for adults.<br \/>\nTo apply for assistance you need to download a special app from the Red Cross and follow the instructions in it. The app is available for IOS and Android. If the application is approved, you will be notified on Viber or Whatsapp about how to get help. The application takes a minimum of 2 weeks to process.<br \/>\nOnce the application is approved, you can choose how to receive the funds.<br \/>\nIf you have an account with PrivatBank, Monobank, Oshchadbank or A-Bank:<br \/>\nyou can get the money quickly through your bank&#8217;s app. If you do not have your bank&#8217;s app, download it to your phone. The process is quick and possible wherever you are;<br \/>\nif you want to receive cash, visit any MoneyGram branch. You must go to an agent and give them a MoneyGram code, which you will receive from the Red Cross.
