In line with this vision, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is set to host another edition of “Cafe Kyiv” on 19 February 2024<\/b>, themed “The Future of Ukraine in Europe”. Building on the success of last year’s event, this edition will blend art, history, film screenings, along with culinary and creative elements. Our commitment remains unchanged: We continue to stand by Ukraine’s side. And as long as the challenge persists, we will face it together.<\/p>\n
A year following the Russian invasion, we partnered with over 30 organisations and welcomed more than 3,000 attendees to the inaugural “Cafe Kyiv \u2013 We Choose Freedom<\/a>” event. The day was bustling with workshops, discussions, salons, and cultural activities, centred around freedom, Europe, security, and reconstruction.<\/p>\n Even as the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine persists, threatening not only Ukraine but also Europe and the tenets of liberal democracy, our support for Ukraine remains steadfast. We’re not only continuing our support but also focusing on the nation’s prospective future within Europe.
